Withdrawing money from your Phoenix Brokage account is a simple process. Withdrawals of fund can be made anytime by making a withdrawal request. All withdrawals are subject to review in order to secure your investments and profits. To request a withdrawal follow these simple steps:

If your Phoenix Brokage account is fully verified and compliant, withdrawing funds from your account is quick and easy:

     Log into your account. You will be redirected to the trading platform

     Once on the platform, click on ‘Deposit’

     On the page you’re redirected to click on ‘Withdrawal’

     Fill in the required information

     Click on ‘Submit’

Once submitted, it can take 3 – 5 business days to process. Your funds should not take more than 3 business to reach you.

Not Compliant:

For the protection and safety of your funds and to prevent other people to access your account it is crucial to verify your trading account before withdrawing funds.

To verify your account,
clear copies of 4 compliance documents is required:

     Copy of passport or National ID

     Copy of any utility bill including gas and electricity.

     This can be a SWIFT copy or a copy of both sides of your debit/credit card.

     The Investment Testimony Form (ITF) should be be duly filled and signed.

You cannot withdraw your investments or profits as long as your account is not in line with our compliance procedures.
